Lea Murray Quintana, MPH, MA
Co-Leader/Founder
Lea Murray Quintana knows what it means to wrestle with unseen battles. For years she carried questions about the struggles and disappointments in her life, searching for clarity that always felt just beyond reach. Through deliverance and inner healing, she experienced a profound shift—moving from rejection, fear, and confusion into identity, freedom, and spiritual clarity. That transformation ignited her calling as a prophetic healing coach, helping others break cycles of emotional and spiritual bondage so they can step boldly into their God-given purpose.
Before stepping fully into this work, Lea dedicated years to social justice advocacy, serving unhoused communities and addressing the systems that harmed them. She served on multiple city boards and commissions focused on racial equity, community health, and restorative justice—using her voice to challenge bias, influence policy, and restore dignity to marginalized groups. Her advocacy deepened her compassion and shaped her belief that true restoration must include both justice and inner healing.
Lea holds a Master’s degree in African Diaspora Studies from Florida International University and a Master of Public Health in Nutrition from UC Berkeley. Today, she blends her academic insight, justice work, and Spirit-led discernment to speak to the soul, champion wholeness, and help people rise into who God created them to be.
Ramon Quintana
Co-Leader
Ramon Quintana is a US Marine Corps veteran, advocate, and travel strategist who teaches individuals, families, and business owners how to unlock the world through the power of credit card points. After a twenty-year career in real estate, he discovered a new calling: helping entrepreneurs and their families turn everyday spending into unforgettable travel experiences. Through his signature program, Travel Smarter: The Business Owner’s Guide to Free Travel, Ramon transforms the often-confusing world of points and miles into a simple, strategic, and empowering journey. He combines self-guided lessons, weekly one-on-one coaching, and personalized guidance so clients can navigate the world of free travel with confidence and ease.
Before stepping into travel coaching, Ramon spent years serving unhoused communities in the Bay Area alongside his wife, Lea Murray-Quintana. Together, they led Collaborising, a nonprofit grounded in the belief that every person deserves dignity, respect, and human connection. His advocacy work deepened his compassion and strengthened his commitment to creating access—for housing, for justice, and now for travel opportunities historically out of reach for many. Ramon believes business owners deserve more than hard work; they deserve experiences that refill their spirit and strengthen their families.
Ramon and Lea have traveled the world on points—from African safaris to Eiffel Tower sunsets—and he is passionate about opening those same doors for others. Today he blends strategy, advocacy, and empowerment to help clients build a life where travel isn’t an expense but a reward they’ve already earned.
