Who we are

Collaborising exists to empower people to rise in collaboration—through spiritual alignment, financial empowerment, and restorative spaces that heal, equip, and mobilize purpose-driven lives.

Collaborising exists to empower people to rise in collaboration—through spiritual alignment, financial empowerment, and restorative spaces that heal, equip, and mobilize purpose-driven lives.

Collaborising is a holistic movement that helps people rise—spiritually, financially, and emotionally—through the power of collaboration.
We believe that true transformation happens when we align our hearts with divine truth, renew our minds around abundance, and rest long enough to hear the whisper of God again. What began as an outreach to the unhoused has evolved into a broader mission: creating spaces of restoration for anyone ready to live free, walk in purpose, and impact the world.

Our Mazatlán Work

Collaborising Cares: Human Dignity Knows No Borders

Radical Compassion on the Ground

At Collaborising, we believe that we rise higher when we rise together. When people are in crisis, we do not look away—we step in. Collaborising Cares is our direct-action humanitarian initiative dedicated to offering immediate emergency support, basic necessities, medical advocacy, and safe passage assistance to immigrants, travelers in distress, and vulnerable individuals.

While our roots span back to Richmond, California, our team currently spends most of our time on the ground in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico, turning collective empathy into immediate, real-world action.

What We Are (And What We Are Not)

To protect our mission and operate with total legal integrity, we are explicitly transparent about our parameters:

  • We are a registered US 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

  • We are not immigrant "coyotes" or human smugglers. We do not illegally transport individuals across international borders.

  • We refuse to let human beings suffer needlessly. We strictly provide humanitarian aid, translation assistance, legal transit support, and emergency medical advocacy to individuals navigating difficult situations. We believe basic human dignity has no borders.

Real Impact: Our Stories of Action

Here is how our team, alongside community support, actively shows up for people in need:

Emergency Medical Care & Crisis Relief

  • Immediate Shelter & First Aid: When a young man collapsed from severe exhaustion near us, we welcomed him into our home to rest safely, before transporting him directly to the Cruz Roja Mexicana (Mexican Red Cross) for urgent medical care.

  • Essential Supplies: We buy and distribute clothing, blankets, and sturdy apparel—like protective Bombas socks—to shield vulnerable travelers from the elements.

Translation & Transit Advocacy

  • Breaking Language Barriers: Navigating a foreign country's transit system while facing distress or a language barrier can be terrifying. Our team member, Ramon, provides fluent Spanish interpretation to help individuals communicate clearly.

  • Safe Logistics: We help people safely and legally communicate at transit stations so they can purchase bus or ferry tickets to navigate through Mexico or head home safely.

Rapid Response Repatriation: NaTasha’s Journey

Most recently, we stepped in to help NaTasha, a traveler facing a frightening medical emergency far from home. After sharing her story to mobilize our community on our Facebook Page, our collective network rallied instantly to ensure her safe return. For NaTasha, we:

  • Accompanied her to the doctor and fully paid for her medical visits.

  • Purchased an airline ticket to get her back to her family.

  • Provided cash directly in her pocket for food and travel safety.

  • Personally drove her to the airport to see her safely on her flight.
